Return Process for Jewelry Items:

To initiate a return, please contact our store at 079 2692 0190 or visit us at our Ahmedabad location. Provide your purchase receipt, jewelry details, and reason for return. Our jewelry experts will guide you through the return process and provide authorization for eligible returns.

Once your return is authorized, please bring the jewelry item to our store in its original condition with all tags, certificates, and packaging intact. Our team will inspect the item and process your refund or exchange according to our policy. For your security, all jewelry returns must be processed in person at our store.

Return Timeframe

We accept returns within 7 days of purchase for standard jewelry items. Customized or made-to-order pieces may have different return conditions. Please retain your original purchase receipt for all return requests.

Jewelry-Specific Conditions

To be eligible for return, jewelry items must meet the following conditions:

Item must be in original, unworn condition with all tags attached

Original packaging, certificates, and hallmarks must be intact

No alterations, resizing, or damage to the jewelry piece

All precious stones must be securely in place

Original purchase receipt must be presented

Refund Process

Once your return is approved and the jewelry is verified, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase. For cash purchases, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit.

Exchange Policy

We happily accept exchanges for jewelry items of equal or greater value. If you choose an item of higher value, the price difference will be payable. Exchanges are subject to product availability and must comply with our return conditions.

Jewelry Exceptions

Due to the personal nature of jewelry, certain items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Custom-made or personalized jewelry pieces

Jewelry that has been altered, resized, or engraved

Earrings for pierced ears (for hygiene reasons)

Jewelry with damaged stones or broken components
